Do I need to tip on my China tour?
Most gratuities for accommodations are included. Gratuities incurred during optional tours and extensions are the responsibility of participants. Tour providers appreciate and expect tips for good service; outside of tours, however, tipping is generally not practiced in China and may lead to embarrassment or insult. If unsure, observe other patrons and follow their lead.
What is China’s currency? How much is it in Canadian dollars?
